Hemaya Schools for Girls Students Visit the AccessAbilities Expo
As part of Hemaya Schools for Girls’ commitment to supporting and empowering People of Determination and promoting inclusion and community participation, students visited the AccessAbilities Expo, accompanied by teacher Hanan Shaaban.
During the visit, the students explored the latest assistive technologies, devices, and innovative solutions designed to support the needs of People of Determination, enhance their independence, and encourage their active participation in various aspects of life.
The visit aimed to enrich students’ knowledge and experiences by introducing them to modern technologies that support learning and everyday life. It also provided a meaningful educational experience that strengthened their awareness of the importance of empowering People of Determination and promoting social inclusion.
The students who participated in the Fazza Championship sports competition section were also honoured by the organisers and presented with commemorative shields in recognition of their participation and efforts. The recognition aimed to encourage them to continue taking an active role in sports and community activities.
The visit forms part of Hemaya Schools for Girls’ efforts to provide meaningful educational and community experiences that broaden students’ knowledge and promote the values of participation, cooperation, positive challenge, and healthy competition.
