Heart Health Awareness Event Held at Hemaya School for Girls to Mark World Heart Day

To mark World Heart Day, Dubai Health, in collaboration with Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, organised a health awareness event at Hemaya School for Girls – Cycle 3. The session was delivered by a team from the university, including Aisha Mazhar Al Abdali, a graduate of Hemaya Schools.

The event targeted Grade 9 and Grade 12 students and aimed to raise awareness of the importance of maintaining heart health, adopting a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and understanding the healthy habits that can help reduce the risk of heart disease.

The event also highlighted the important role students can play in promoting health awareness and sharing sound health practices and knowledge with their communities and future generations, contributing to a more health-conscious society.

The initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen health awareness among students and encourage preventive practices and positive healthy behaviours from an early stage.
