Himayah Schools initiative is a unique project that falls within the framework of Dubai's government direction and is implemented in accordance with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him. This initiative aims to alleviate the burdens on employees, enhance the principles of belonging and institutional cooperation, ensure employee happiness, raise job satisfaction levels, and provide the opportunity for free education to the children of Dubai Police employees. This initiative addresses the concerns of employees regarding the education of their children and the financial burdens associated with tuition fees. Dubai Police recognized the need to find solutions to meet these requirements and encourage its employees to educate their children. After considering several proposals, one of the solutions was to implement a project that would provide free education to the children of employees, with Dubai Police covering the tuition fees and all educational requirements, as well as providing qualified teaching and administrative staff to manage the project entirely at the expense of the Dubai Police
