The General Command of Dubai Police, represented by hemay Schools for Education, and Shuaa Al Noor Training and Development Center, represented by the "My Language, My Identity" platform, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen cooperation and coordination in enhancing students' Arabic language skills.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the General Command of Dubai Police by Brigadier Badran Al Shamasi, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Academic and Training Affairs, and the General Supervisor of Hemaiah Schools. On behalf of Shuaa Al Noor, Dr. Magda Mohamed Ma'ani, Training and Development Consultant and Director of Shuaa Al Noor Training and Development Center, signed the agreement. The signing ceremony was attended by Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Salem Al Suwaidi, Director of hemaya Schools for Education, along with several officers and individuals from both sides, on the sidelines of Dubai Police’s participation in the Expo for People of Determination.

Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Al Suwaidi explained that this agreement aligns with the UAE’s directives aimed at promoting the Arabic language and its role in public life, culture, media, and educational curricula. Shuaa Al Noor Center will provide training programs to enhance the Arabic language skills of hemaya Schools’ students by training and qualifying teachers to empower both Arabic and non-Arabic-speaking students, thereby achieving the strategic goals of both parties.
